ORLEN Aviation holds a concession for liquid fuel storage granted by way of a decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office dated 12 March 2012, no. MPC/196/1540/W/1/2012/ALK, with amendments, valid until 31 December 2030. Logistic services, as regards liquid fuel storage, can be rendered by ORLEN Aviation to third parties on a commercial terms and conditions, under concluded contracts.
ORLEN Aviation acting in accordance with Art. 4ba of the Act dated 10 April 1997 — Energy Law Act (Dz. U. of 2012, Item 1059, as amended), hereby provides a list of logistic customers, i.e. the recipients of our services of liquid fuel storage or reload, as well as transmission or distribution of liquid fuels, for the period between 1.04.2023 and 31.03.2024 Those customers comprise:
